There are no mandatory initial costs. You can enjoy a 30-day free trial, and if you are satisfied, you can choose one of the subscription plans. We do not impose any specific hardware usage, you can use Qromo even from your smartphone via the native iOS app available on the App Store and Android app available on the Play Store. If you prefer, you can still purchase Tablets, POS Readers, Order Printers, or Fiscal Printers integrated with our solution. You decide based on the needs of your business and team.
Do I need hardware to get started?
No, you don't need hardware to get started. Just your smartphone and the native Qromo Management app available for iOS on the App Store and Android available on the Play Store.
Can I use my own hardware?
If you already have an Epson FP-81 RTII fiscal printer, you can integrate it with our system. If you don't have this Epson model, you can conveniently buy it from us and have it delivered where you wish within a few business days. (We ship from Milan)
How much does customer support cost?
